A piece of advice you have for others. Anything at all.

My piece of advice is something I have learned thanks, in part, to my new job. 

Always assume good intent.

Upon hearing this, your first thought might be "but people don't always have good intent." And you know what, you're right. 

At the end of the day, it really helps to be the most positive you that you can be. Fake it til you make it, Because at that point, it becomes who you are.
